  1. October 31, 2026

    Alaska, West Virginia, Wisconsin; all member states

    Re-checked membership against the Commission’s jurisdictions page, which now lists 33 member states. Added Alaska (HB 110, enacted July 3, 2026), West Virginia (SB 703, June 9, 2026) and Wisconsin (AB 80, April 9, 2026), per the Commission’s July 2026 update. The compact is still not operational; the launch status was re-dated. New Mexico and South Carolina stay pending.

  2. June 16, 2026

    All 50 states + DC

    Initial verification pass. Member status for every state taken from the Commission’s jurisdictions page (30 member states). Recorded that the compact is not yet operational. Flagged New Mexico, South Carolina, and West Virginia as pending or under review, and Wisconsin as unverified pending a primary source.
