As the compact rolls out, we re-verify against the Commission and record every change here — with the source.

  1. June 16, 2026

    All 50 states + DC

    Initial verification pass. Member status for every state taken from the Commission’s jurisdictions page (30 member states). Recorded that the compact is not yet operational. Flagged New Mexico, South Carolina, and West Virginia as pending or under review, and Wisconsin as unverified pending a primary source.
